At MWM, we take a highly personal, hands-on approach to talent management, offering dedicated support to each individual client. We are passionate about discovering and nurturing emerging talent, while continuing to champion the success of our established roster.

Our deep relationships across broadcasting, publishing, production, digital media, brand partnerships, and commercial agencies allow us to actively position our talent for the right opportunities. We not only promote our clients but also collaborate with them to develop, pitch, and bring original ideas to life, from concept through to execution.

Our comprehensive services include strategic career planning, diary and personal management, brand development, and expert contract negotiation, ensuring that every aspect of our clients’ careers is managed with care, integrity, and long-term vision.

Samantha Mackenzie Weller

Mackenzie Weller Management is led by Samantha Mackenzie Weller, an experienced Talent Manager with over a decade in the multimedia broadcast industry. Prior to founding MWM, Samantha successfully headed the talent division at Kentaro & Cassius Management, where she played a pivotal role in developing clients into established TV and radio presenters.

Her background in broadcasting is extensive, having worked on the BBC 1Xtra breakfast show and produced a range of internationally successful interactive TV and multi-platform formats. In addition, she led the Acquisitions team at Cellcast Media, overseeing the buying and distribution of airtime across Sky and Freeview in the UK, as well as in Russia and Asia.

Samantha is known for her personable, hands-on management style and her unwavering passion for nurturing talent. Alongside her team, she is committed to delivering a tailored, high-level service to both talent and industry clients alike.
